Colin Merdian, B.Sc., NASM-CPT, SGX, Pn1

Colin is certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) as a Certified Personal Trainer, Spartan Race as a Spartan SGX coach, and Precision Nutrition as a certified nutrition coach.

Colin has always been a lover of sports and fitness, and after working in the industry for 4 years decided it was time to open his own gym. His training model is to work hard, be consistent, and never stop learning. But as serious as he takes his training, Colin also believes that in order to stay motivated and excited about working out, you need to have fun and keep things interesting. Colin makes it a point to keep his workouts fresh with new exercises and challenges so there’s never a dull moment when it comes to going to the gym.

Natalie corona, MS, ISSA-CPT

Natalie has her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in education and is a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association).

After Natalie’s second daughter was born prematurely, she decided to step away from her career in teaching to focus on her family. Needless to say, her own health was not a priority at that time, but it eventually caught up to her. She gained weight, which led to additional emotional issues on top of what she was already going through with her daughter’s health. She decided enough was enough and started training at home and focusing more on her nutrition. After completing a 3-month virtual program, she lost the weight she had gained throughout the past year and gained muscle and some much need self-confidence. Her mindset on health and fitness shifted. It was then that she decided she wanted to help others on their fitness journeys and become a personal trainer.

Angela Lopez B.Sc., ACsm-CPT, ACE Health Coach, TRX

Angela has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and is a certified personal trainer through ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine). She also holds a certificate from ACE as a certified health coach and from TRX as a certified suspension trainer.

Angela has been working as a personal trainer for the past four years and loves helping clients become the best version of themselves! She specializes in strength training and weight loss. Angela is experienced working with all ages and levels of fitness. She believes in incorporating healthy habits into your daily life while still maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Her favorite quote is “If you’re going to quit anything, quit making excuses.” Angela believes that the best way to reach your goals is to have some fun along the way! Her goal is to teach you the tools to maintain a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life.
