Personal Training

The Rough House is a gym that focuses on personal training for any age, gender, or level of ability. We specialize in corrective, weight loss, strength, performance, and obstacle course training with the appropriate modalities and knowledge. Train 1-on-1 or with a partner.

Open Gym

The Rough House also offers Open Gym memberships for individuals looking to workout in a more private setting and/or have monthly check-ins with a trainer. Both memberships allow you daily admittance into our private 3,800 sq. ft. facility with all the training amenities you could need, including easy access to the Prairie Path, which is right in our backyard. Also included in all Open Gym memberships are our weekly complimentary group training classes. Staggered time slots make it so that you are never working out around more than 5 people at a time. So stop waiting 20 minutes for a squat rack to open up, avoid messy free weight areas, and start working out in peace.

Online Coaching

Do you live a little too far from us or can’t fit personal training into your budget? For anyone still looking for guidance, we’ve got you covered. Our Online Coaching offers weekly workouts with video demonstrations and phone calls to answer questions and offer diet and other healthy lifestyle tips. Sign up for just online coaching, or choose our “Online + 1 PT” option that includes one in-person 1-on-1 session.

We also write full programs that we can send in the mail, e-mail to you, or can be picked up at the gym. You just tells us your goals and how long you’d like the program to be for.
